Activism and Social Change

Returning to Ireland in 1987, Liz Hayes quickly realised that great ideas for social change and public sector reform were often tested, implemented and evaluated but somehow were never fully mainstreamed. She has invested her energies in inquiring about the ‘why’ and ‘how’ of leadership and social change movements. Most particularly she began an on-going quest to figure out how the theories and practices of organising and organisation development might enhance a not-for-profit sector advocating for deep-rooted change and empowerment.

By designing events that produce fresh thinking and clear direction, we can help you to inform and shape policy, demystify change processes and nurture a passion for creative leadership and progressive social change.
